2.3 Where 680ph engages third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification providers, game studios) who process personal data on its behalf, those parties act as personal information processors under instruction from 680ph and are bound by data processing agreements consistent with the requirements of RA 10173.
3.1 Registration & Account Data: Full legal name; date of birth; nationality; email address; Philippine mobile number; username and encrypted password; residential address.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data: Government-issued ID type and number (PSA National ID, Driver's License, Passport, UMID, or Voter's ID); facial photograph or selfie for liveness verification; proof of address where required by compliance procedures.
3.3 Financial Data: GCash account number; Maya account number; bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other InstaPay-connected accounts); transaction history including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and reference numbers. Full payment card numbers are never stored by 680ph — card processing, where applicable, is handled by PCI-DSS certified payment processors.
3.4 Gaming & Activity Data: Game history; bet amounts and outcomes; session durations; bonus claims and wagering activity; responsible gaming limit settings.
3.5 Technical & Device Data: IP address; device type and operating system; browser type and version; session tokens; geolocation data (approximate, derived from IP); login timestamps and history.
3.6 Communications Data: Records of support interactions via live chat and email; any documents or information you voluntarily provide to 680ph support staff.

You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to 680ph's legal obligations to retain certain records under AMLA and other laws.
You may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also unsubscribe from promotional emails via the unsubscribe link in any marketing communication from 680ph.
You may request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for portability purposes, where technically feasible.
11.2 To exercise any of the above rights, contact the 680ph Data Privacy Officer using the details in Section 15. 680ph will respond within 15 business days of receiving a verified request. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
12.1 680ph strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming. 680ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21.
12.2 If 680ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be suspended immediately, all personal data will be deleted from active systems as soon as practicable, and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
12.3 If you believe a minor has registered a 680ph account using false identity information, please notify the 680ph support team immediately via live chat or email.
13.1 680ph may transfer your personal data to service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud hosting infrastructure providers or international identity verification services — where this is necessary for the operation of the platform.

14.1 680ph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material, 680ph will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification no less than 7 days before the revised Policy takes effect, except where an immediate update is required by law or regulatory direction.
14.2 The current version of this Policy, including the effective date and last updated date displayed at the top of this page, is always available at this URL. Players are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
