4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on 680ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or game lobby notice.
4.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash payment. 680ph does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method and may add or remove methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method previously used for deposit and linked to the verified account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial crime in accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.
4.4 680ph targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any compliance review:
4.5 680ph is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider, the player's bank, network outages, or force majeure events. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending resolution of any account compliance issue, active bonus wagering requirement, or fraud investigation.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be stated in the relevant promotion documentation at the time of the offer.
5.2 Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your 680ph wallet. Wagering requirements must be completed using bonus funds before any portion of the bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
5.3 680ph reserves the right to cancel or withhold any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — where the Platform reasonably believes the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, in violation of the promotion terms, or as part of a pattern of abuse.
5.4 The maximum withdrawal arising from a free spin bonus or no-deposit bonus is capped unless the specific promotion terms state an unlimited cap. Players are advised to review individual promotion terms before claiming any offer at 680ph.
6.1 All games offered on 680ph are provided by third-party certified gaming studios. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. 680ph accepts no responsibility for errors or malfunctions originating from third-party game software; in such cases, the game provider's terms and their dispute resolution processes apply.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that disrupts the outcome of a game round, 680ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding stakes to the player's account. Winnings arising from clearly erroneous display of odds or payouts due to a technical error are not valid and will not be honoured.
6.4 680ph operates 24/7. Scheduled maintenance windows, where possible, will be communicated in advance. 680ph is not liable for losses of potential winnings due to service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 680ph and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
7.2 680ph employs fraud detection systems and monitoring tools. Suspicious activity is reviewed by the compliance team and may result in account holds, enhanced due diligence, or referral to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines where applicable.
8.1 680ph may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time without prior notice where:
8.2 Upon closure for reasons other than a confirmed breach, any verified remaining balance in the player's account will be returned to the player's last verified withdrawal method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks.
8.3 Players may voluntarily close their 680ph account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by submitting a written request to the support email address. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 680ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of potential winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
11.2 680ph does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from malicious code. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 680ph's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 680ph's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.4 In all cases where 680ph's liability is not excluded, its maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 680ph collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules. 12.3 680ph will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for the provision of services (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers) or where required by law.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 680ph's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.3 680ph operates in the Philippine online gaming market in a manner consistent with the guidelines and regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
14.1 680ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 680ph will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification no less than 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
14.2 Your continued use of the 680ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 8.
